Historic Beer Brewing

Brewing beer has been a human tradition for centuries, and it’s simpler than you might think. In this workshop, you’ll learn two approaches to creating alcoholic ferments: 1) Fermented Soda, using ingredients like ginger, apples, and herbs, and 2) Beer, brewed with malted grains, hops, and yeast. You’ll also sample a variety of beers throughout the day.
